RSA-PRP is a software to prediction
of RSA of amino acids from protein sequence.
To predict RSA for a protein, Enter Fasta sequence below in text area or
upload a file by clicking the "Browse" button. Plain text sequence or FASTA formats are accpeted
as input of program. Lower and upper cases are
accepted for residue notations in single letter code.
